I created MON (Monday Over Negativity) because I know what it feels like to carry a dream while life keeps testing you.

I’m Idelys, a proud Dominicana raised on faith, familia, and resilience. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t come from having everything figured out, it comes from choosing to show up, even when you’re tired, unsure, or only operating at 75%.

MON started as a personal reset. A way to reframe Mondays, not as something to survive, but as a place to begin again. Over time, it became a space for people who are building something meaningful while navigating real life in real time.

This isn’t about hustle culture or toxic positivity.
It’s about wisdom, discernment, and forward motion.

MON exists to remind you that:

• You can follow your dreams without burning yourself out

• You can grow without rushing the process

• You can believe in more while honoring where you are now

Rooted in faith and lived experience, MON blends reflection, humor, and truth,  because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is keep showing up without needing everything to be perfect.
